HR Director and Business Partner, Technology and Product MediaMath

As a Human Resources Director and Business Partner at MediaMath, your broad HR experience will serve you well as you build relationships with employees and managers, drive process and analytics, and support MediaMath's growing Technology and Product teams. This position reports to the Chief People Officer and will play a key role within our Global HR team. You will develop and evolve the definition of the technology team's culture and value proposition, in part by partnering with employment branding and recruiters; focus on attracting and maintaining top tech talent, as well as stay aware of current trends & best practices for tech employment. You will need to move fast and be comfortable with wearing many hats and juggling multiple projects
Provide support for general and emerging HR programs, both within the Technology and Product teams
Work with technology management teams to translate business needs into HR requirements and corresponding people strategies
Address employees? inquiries and facilitate employee and management requests with a keen eye for delivering excellent customer service.
Assist with internal talent pipeline development
Work collaboratively with team to review, recommend and implement changes to HR processes to ensure optimization, streamlining, and compliance
Partner with organizational leaders on talent management to ensure employee experience and performance is aligned with company culture and objectives
Proactively seek to adopt and maintain best practices as an HR professional in the tech space
Lead various special projects and HR initiatives as required
Provide guidance and education to managers on compensation strategies that align with company goals.
Maintain thorough understanding and knowledge of employment laws; ensure compliance in all aspects of the employment relationship.
Support annual compensation programs including merit adjustments and incentive payouts.
Other duties as assigned.
6+ years in a fast paced environment with some career progression and 3+ years as an HR Generalist
Solid knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
Strong experience in managing employee relations issues.
Rock solid analytical skills.
Experience Supporting Technology and Product Teams (understanding of comp structures, tech culture.)
Successful experience managing HR programs and projects.
Excellent follow through, judgment, and common sense. ?Make it happen? attitude.
Ability to maintain focus and keep a strong eye on the details in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills.
Strong team philosophy; proven ability to work positively, collaboratively and professionally within a team and across an organization.

Willingness to do administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
