Assist managers in identifying hiring needs and developing a hiring plan and job descriptions
Proactively seek top talent for current and future roles within LDR Spine, using LinkedIn and other job boards to develop a pipeline of potential candidates
Communicate with applicants regarding employment opportunities, consideration and selection, compensation and benefits
Coordinate the on-boarding process, including orientations, training and new hire documents
Plan and conduct new employee orientation programs to foster positive attitudes toward company goals
Preparation of letters, reports and forms, and various other tasks as assigned
Assist with payroll processing in a multi-state environment
Assist with employee relation Issues and administration of company policies
Operate the HRIS system, enter and audit employee records, and create analytical reports
Interact with vendors of benefits and other HR services
Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, or related field
3-5 years of direct experience in the Human Resources field
1-2 years direct recruiting experience
1-2 years of payroll processing experience
1-2 years with HRIS Systems
Excellent interpersonal skills
