Job Summary
Seeking an up-and-coming HR professional with a strong desire to contribute to Ping Identity?s growth from the inside, to the outside of the HR function!
This is a junior-level HR Generalist opportunity with key functions being; compliance, HRIS administration, on-boarding, benefits, payroll and perks administration, policies and procedures maintenance, employee engagement and morale projects, employment law basics, and administrative duties, as assigned.

Coordinate special HR projects and assist with execution of tasking, as needed.
Excel as valued HR customer service extraordinaire.
Focus on personal professional development and open to share learning and knowledge with other team members.
Seek out and mentor with 'Culture Champion' at Ping.
HR Projects, Policy & Procedures
Strive to further streamline HR processes and produce measures/ROI.
Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reports and follow-through.
Complete verifications of employment.
Assist with Ping?s Internship Program.
Compliance & HRIS Coordinator
Administer AAP and generate graphical reports.
Assist with on-boarding paperwork and employee file maintenance (electronic and paper) ? Ping Locations: US/CAN/INTL.
Coordinate data input to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Ensure employee law information is in-view and maintained at each of Ping?s offices.
Benefits, Perks & Payroll
Assist Benefits Specialist with monthly bill reconciliation, metrics reporting, and fielding of basic employee benefits/wellness/perks questions and answers.
Assist Payroll Specialist with hourly and salary payroll cycles, update annual pay period calendar and generate routine reports needed by HR, FINANCE, etc.
Assist with Ping?s Above and Beyond program.
Administer Intranet HR pages, as necessary (General HR Information-Updates to Policy, Procedures, Calendars of Key Events, etc.)
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience.
Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources or related field or 4 years of progressive HR experience.
Proficient in excel and reports generation.
Basic experience with HRIS administration.
Basic experience with orienting new employees.
Basic experience with HR records retention requirements and experience with audit resolution.
Basic experience generating company communications related to HR.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Eager to jump-in and become a sought-after company contributor.
Agility in a fast-paced and ever changing environment.
Desired Qualifications
PHR certification, a plus.
Knowledge of Google applications and specifically Google Sites.
Experience with Ultimate Software HRIS, a plus.
Experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature workflow system, a plus.
