Job Description
This position is responsible for support all issues related to human resources. The Human Resources Generalist position will implement ChannelAdvisor HR policies and procedures. This position will consult and provide guidance to employees regarding benefits, workforce planning, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and policies and procedures
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with HR Team to drive operational excellence in HR initiatives, processes and practices across the company through the development and execution of global HR programs.
Implement, administer, track and communicate human resources policies and procedures within the Employee Handbook.
Provide advice and counsel to supervisors/managers and employees to resolve employee-related questions or issues; Develop recommendations to Management on corrective actions and/or work to resolve the issues.
Participates in benefits administration to include enrolling, terminating, claims resolution, change reporting, and approving invoices for payment.
Maintains Human Resource Information System records and files and compiles reports from database as needed
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
This position may be required to execute special projects or other related duties based upon the needs of the organization and department.
Required Skills
Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 - 3 years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
International experience a plus.
