Candidates must be self-motivated, dynamic, trustworthy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide array of HR related activities.
? Manage the day to day operations of the HR department
? Lead recruiting efforts for onsite and international employees
? Coordinate new hire onboarding
? Provide response to a variety of general HR and benefits inquiries (e.g. insurance plans, 401K, incentive plans, FSA, H-S-A, LTD/STD, sick leave and COBRA).
? Lead benchmarking activities for company remuneration including: salary analysis, health/welfare plans, commission & bonus plans and other items
? Develop and maintain company bonus plan
? Update and maintain employee handbook as needed
? Lead open enrollment efforts with benefit providers and employees
? Familiar with stock option grants and plans
? Familiar with federal, state, and local legal requirements and new legislation
? Must have strong experience working in an HRIS database
? Experience with administering human resources policies, programs, and practices
? Ability to provide sound advice and counsel to a diverse client base on sensitive HR issues
? Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
? Must have excellent verbal and writing skills
? Effective analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
? Strong ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
? Experience working as a Human Resources Generalist
