The person in this role will spend a month in each of the following areas:
1.HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Each rotation will include basic responsibilities within the department along with a specific project that will be completed within the month.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Long-term desire or aspiration to work within the Human Resource function
Strong Communication skills-verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to multitask and quickly respond to requests
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and set realistic expectations
Positive attitude, initiative, preparedness and creativity
Previous experience with event management is highly desired
Current students studying Human Resources/Labor Management, or Business preferred.
