The person in this role will work directly with the Talent Acquisition Team.
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Assist with planning, coordinating, scheduling and participation in targeted recruiting and intern events.
Post jobs on job boards and track
Track and monitor hiring data
Shadow Talent Acquisition team members
Participate in Social Media job blasts
Social media interaction for Talent Acquisition
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Long-term desire or aspiration to work within the Human Resource function
Strong Communication skills-verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to multitask and quickly respond to requests
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and set realistic expectations
Positive attitude, initiative, preparedness and creativity
Previous experience with event management is highly desired
Current students studying Human Resources/Labor Management, or Business preferred.
