THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Become Inc is looking for a smart, dynamic and highly dedicated Human Resources Manager.
? Partner with HR Director to design and implement HR/People programs that maximize employee performance, build employee engagement and retention, and drive business and HR results. Fun projects may include performance feedback and management, onboarding, career planning and development, culture building, corporate social and team bonding activities, etc.
? Lead and participate in projects to support HR initiatives focused on retention and recognition.
? You will be the 'face of HR' as the first point on contact for employees with HR related questions.
? Conduct research, analyze data and prepare reports as needed to support HR initiatives and provide insights on trends and HR metrics.
? Own headcount reporting and metrics, performance management tracking and turnover reports.
? Own HRIS system.
? Coordinate and maintain onboarding activities, including preparing workspace, presenting new hire orientation, new hire paperwork collection and system data entry.
? Research / source / maintain a database of potential hires.
? Find qualified, passive and active candidates using creative search techniques.
? Ability to communicate to with diverse audiences.
? Evaluate applicant's skill set and resume assessment.
? Facilitate feedback in a timely manner to ensure the effectiveness of the search.
? Maintain scheduling and coordinating schedules to improve interview efficiency.
? Minimum 3 years professional level Human Resources experience required, hands-on employee relations, and knowledge of ERISA, HIPPA, FMLA, ADA, EEO.
? Bachelor's degree from a reputable university preferred -- all degrees welcome.
? Extremely detail oriented and proactive.
? Highly organized, have excellent follow through, extremely reliable and responsive.
? Catch on quickly, are not afraid to ask questions or of learning something new.
? Must be an original thinker and a self-starter.
? Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
? Must be able to operate in a changing environment and be able to manage ambiguity.
? Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
? Strong computer knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
? Prior experience with HRIS, ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.
? PHR/SPHR certification a plus.
