THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as an HR Manager in our Mountain View HQ Office. Telecommuting is not an option.
The HR Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support. We are looking for a strong HR professional who can lead the company through a high growth phase and who is self-starter, driven and has strong organizational skills. This role requires this individual to be equally adept at a strategic level as well as more tactical and execution. For a person to be successful in this role, they will need to understand and manage a broad range of tasks and posses varied skills (e.g. experience with stock options, on boarding and orientation training, company culture and values, benefits and understanding compensation).
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Bachelor?s degree or higher from an accredited university
Have current knowledge of California state and federal employment laws
Implemented HR systems and infrastructures and helped the company scale
Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience showing consistent growth
Demonstrated track record of implementing HR programs (employee engagement, retention, orientation, on-boarding, benefits and stock option grants)
Experience writing and implementing policies and procedures
Ability to work and present to Leadership team on changing employment practices
Lead, coach and mentor direct reports; prior experience is important
Care about employee success and growth
Excellent organizational, writing, presentation and communication skills
Efficient at multi-tasking
Have a passion to create a positive and winning company culture
Flexible and creates solutions to challenges
Ability to thrive in a startup culture and be comfortable with high volume work
Experience working in startups and big companies
Advanced degree like an MBA or Masters in HRM preferred
Strong evidence of stretch assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous roles.
