Position Purpose:
The HR Manager is responsible for setting the framework for the overall success of the employees of Harmony, from hiring through career development, by being an active leader in developing plans for the success of our dynamic and energized work force.
Responsibilities:
--Assist leadership in implementing our new initiatives to attract, retain and motivate the industry's best employees
--Develop and manage the recruiting process, including the integration of new hires into the organization
--Provide eEmployee conflict resolutions and coaching
--Training and coaching of at all levels of the organization
--Manage annual performance review and improvement plans
--Analyze market compensation trends and benchmark current compensation
--Assist in the renewal of annual benefit programs
--Maintaining the Employee Handbook
--Ensureing compliance with Federal, State and local laws
--Lead Annual filings of EEOC and AAP
--Act as tThought leader for the Harmony on HR best practices and trends
Qualifications:
--College degree, preferably in Human Resources or business administration or related field
--8 plus years of experience in the HR environment
--Consultative, influential and strategic thinker
--Knowledge of Government EEOC and AAP programs
--Excellent oral and written communication skills
--Excellent listener and ability to deal with confidential information
--Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
--Working knowledge of MS Office Products
--Commitment to excellence and high standards, with a strong sense of self-accountability
--Ability to relate positively to a diverse workforce across all levels in the Organization
--High level of integrity and ethics
