HR Manager Clarabridge
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a key member of the Clarabridge HR team, reporting to the Vice President - Human Resources, this position operates as a senior-level HR generalist. The position ensures high quality services are provided to Clarabridge employees and programs with a focus on employee relations, benefits, performance management, compensation, policy and compliance.
Ensures high quality, responsive HR support to Clarabridge employees and managers
Supports annual performance management program, benefits renewal, merit planning and bonus/commissions process
Supervises and provides direction to HR Generalist with ongoing training, development and coaching
Partners with the Recruiting team on process, assessment, selection and employment offers
Assists in establishing, documenting and implementing HR guidelines and practices across Clarabridge considering industry best practices that fit business need, organizational structure and culture
Provides employee relations guidance and support to managers and employees. Explains policies, practices, employment laws and compliance requirements
Creates, analyzes and utilizes metrics to strengthen delivery of operations and services
Keeps current on effective HR trends and best practices
Other projects as assigned
Bachelor?s Degree and HRCI certification preferred
8-10 years of HR Generalist experience
Demonstrated experience in a broad and varied range of HR functional areas including organizational development, recruitment, selection, retention, employee relations, policy development and performance management
Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations, HR best practices and policies, immigration and visa practices
Ability to generate and analyze data to develop reports and metrics to assess and improve processes and systems
Demonstrated excellent internal customer service and employee relation; resolves problems responsibly, creatively and logically
Demonstrated understanding and application of technology using Microsoft programs; exposure to ADP HRB is ideal
Strong interest and ability in producing high quality work with a focus on continual improvement
Proactive approach with excellent organizational, project planning, presentation and time management skills with careful attention to detail
Outstanding oral and written communication skills and ability to express ideas, thoughts and concepts clearly and concisely; demonstrated ability to draft policies and employee communications
Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels, establish trust and respond to staff in a thoughtful, neutral, sensitive and timely manner
Use of discretion and good judgment in handling sensitive HR matters
Demonstrated ability to successfully perform in a fast paced environment in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities and deadline pressures
Ability to work effectively both independently and on a small, collaborative HR team
