Host Analytics is seeking a strategic HR Operations Manager to act as a true business partner driving best practices and implementing programs. In this role, you will take ownership and lead initiatives that set policy for compensation administration, HRIS, benefits and immigration among other key areas. This position will report to the Head of Human Resources.
Specific Responsibilities:
Consult and advise senior management on salary structures and job grades
Select, implement, and administer the HRIS Manage annual benefit renewals, leaves of absences, etc.
Build scalable, user friendly HR infrastructure processes
Coordinate and align with Host Analytics India HR team
Work within and leverage existing excel data spreadsheet projects, create and solidify formulas
Guide and oversee local HR team
Align and partner closely with Head of HR, as a trusted advisor and business confidant
Requirements:
10+ years progressive human resources experience within enterprise software companies
Compensation administration and management experience; ability to explain how salary structures work, how they are created
Experience evaluating and implementing HR Systems; implementing and managing data transition
Demonstrated success managing larger scale projects with accountability for results
Ability to work independently and in a team environment exercising good judgment with excellent follow through
Flexibility with business hours, availability to interact with HR team in India
Recognized as a trusted confidant within all areas of the organization Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills Ability to see a greater strategic vision and execute immediate projects tactically
Strong excel skills and analytical aptitude, expert in creating formulas and manipulating spreadsheet data
Experience building a scalable processes ? know how to balance need for structure but not at the expense of having too many/long written policies
Ability to demonstrate initiatives/programs that have been designed and delivered from start to finish
Experience as hands-on manager of small team (acting as a player/coach)
