Overview:
This person will lead the creation and delivery of high quality HR operations and products. You must be prepared to roll up your sleeves as the fundamental focus of this opportunity is to improve existing work and create new products as we grow. You will lead a team of HR coordinators to deliver products and results in a fast paced start up environment. This role will suit someone that has a track record of strong leadership and creativity.
Responsibilities:
?Provide direction and leadership to the team of HR coordinators with regards to meeting deliverables, as well as direction to the client on change management activities.
? Responsible for the operation and enhancement of our HR system.
? Responsible for product and process implementation ? identifying, escalating and resolving issues, both critical and non-critical, that may impede product delivery or process improvements.
? Own onboarding of new employees.
? Ensures that HR products meet the needs of our employees and managers.
? Establish and implement procedures related to foreign employees and expatriates working in the company: visa, passport, work permits, medical expenses.
? Improve HR administration; create and establish practices and effective communication between company & employees.
? Ensure all HR documentation is current and legally compliant.
? Prepare project scope and develop project plans, define resource loading, skill requirements, milestones and metrics.
? Work collaboratively with other internal departments to properly leverage resources.
? Ensure all HR communications are clear and unambiguous.
? Partner and deliver Labor law, compliance and company policy related training.
Requirements:
? Desire to put your fingerprint on building new processes and products at a growing company.
? 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
? Leadership ability and experience managing and growing a team.
? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
? Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships and mentor the team.
? Strong knowledge and understanding of labor and employment practices.
? Global experience a plus.
? Highly motivated, organized and methodical.
