Jive Software is seeking a dynamic and creative HR Operations Specialist/Manager to facilitate and manage the operational aspects of our People function. You will be based in either our Palo Alto or San Francisco office. As part of the Global Total Rewards team, this role will focus on our People systems, processes, policies and programs. In addition to managing our HRIS and related systems, you will partner on benefits, compensation and employee work/life programs. Interface with our service providers for relocation and immigration
Manage the annual 401(k) audit and our EEOC reporting.
As an operational expert, you will report on our metrics, work with legal while drafting global employment agreements, provide our Finance team with People data
Ensure our internal communications and policies are up to date
Your systems know-how will be utilized as you connect the data from our internal HR systems to our benefit providers and other internal systems within Jive.
You will be the go-to person to ensure all data-integrity within our HR systems, including a semi-monthly payroll audit.
You will be involved in on-boarding new hires, as well as assisting employees as they depart the company, including departure logistics and unemployment claims.

4-year college degree
Proven expertise in managing a variety of activities.
Great administrative abilities, information systems knowledge and excel skills are a definite must.
You will have attention to detail, be organized and able to manage projects.
Ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment, with a requirement of providing excellence in execution to our internal customers.
A background in Human Resources and / or compliance (specifically Sarbanes-Oxley) would be helpful, but if you are willing to learn, we are willing to teach.
