HR/Payroll Specialist Advanced ICU Care
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Advanced ICU Care (www.icumedicine.com), a rapidly growing, venture backed, technology enabled health care services company is actively seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as an HR/Payroll Specialist. This position is responsible for supporting the day to day human resources operations and payroll functions. This individual will work from our office in St. Louis, MO.
Our company is a leader in the hospital based tele-medicine space, providing tele-ICU services to 55 hospitals (and growing) throughout the nation. For this position, success will be defined by assisting with administrative support, participating in HR program development, supporting the recruiting function, assisting with new hire orientation, prepare materials for bi-weekly payroll , input employee information into the payroll system and assisting with special projects. The successful candidate must have experience and knowledge in payroll and HRIS systems, ADP preferred, a college degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of two years financial or HR experience is required. In addition, the ability to balance multiple projects concurrently, attention to detail, customer service orientated and flexibility is also necessary for this position.
