MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs job analyses and question development for open positions
Prepares vacancy announcements using automated tool
Performs rating and ranking for DEU, Merit Promotion positions as well as work with Subject Matter experts
Codes personnel actions
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience, or 6 years without Bachelor's degree, in a federal environment.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience staffing in the federal government arena.
Must have knowledge of veteran's preference, qualification determination process and pay setting rules and regulations
