Position: HR Specialist

Qualification: BE in Computer Science or Information Science (Mandatory)
MBA/ Diploma in HR (Preferred)
Experience: 4 + years of total experience. (3 years as a software engineer is a must)

As anHR Specialistyou will be responsible for the following activities:
o Co-ordinate the Annual Performance Management Cycle
- Performance management â€"
o Manage Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review and Goal sheet audit
o Implement Communication and Training on PMS
o Prepare and roll out letters
o Maintain and provide data to line managers
o Maintain and update employee database.
o Ensure that organization structure, departmental changes are incorporated in the database and coordinated with finance.
o Prepare Management Reports (Weekly and Monthly).
o Maintain Organization structure charts for all groups within Bangalore and coordinate with Redwood Shores Office.
o Provide various HR related reports to the Executive/Management Team as per requests.
o Identify and evaluate the service offerings of multiple vendors for an HRIS tool
o Be the primary interface for the HRIS tool vendor to incorporate all the business requirements in the tool
o Lead the data migration to the new system to ensure it functions seamlessly
o Lead the communication and training of end users on the new HRIS tool
Â§ Process Payroll inputs and provide the same to the Accounts Department as per schedule agreed.
Â§ Manage annual salary revision cycle, performance linked incentive calculation and increment payout calculations.
Â§ Maintain ESOP details of all employees and coordinate the same with RWS.
Â§ Provide inputs to Finance team for full and final settlement of employees when they separate from the organization.
Â§ Kick off a training needs assessment for technical and behavioural/skill based programmes
Â§ Prepare training plan and calendar based on training needs identified.
Â§ Identify suitable trainers/vendors to run programmes on the needs identified
Â§ Plan and ensure smooth execution of Training Schedules.
Â§ Collect and collate feedback on training and share with trainer.
Â§ Release Training Metrics Reports every month / week.
- Good work experience in Excel (formulas, v-lookup, pivot, macro etc).
- Exposure to Software Development Cycle is an added advantage
