HR Specialist (Staffing)

LOCATION

Rockville, MD



MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct recruitment through solicitations, job fairs, colleges and related associations
Conduct job analysis, assessment tools, prepares vacancy announcements
Close-out and audit recruitment case files that were processed
Provide consultations and technical guidance to internal HR customers
Assist with pre and post DE audit preparations
Build and establish staffing case files with all supporting documentations
Gather DE Workload Activity data for each staffing case file
Maintain tracking log of staffing cases processed
Utilize automatic staffing system (USA Staffing) to process staffing cases

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Experience using DEU and MPP to ensure accuracy of selection certificate
Experience using an automated staffing system preferably USA Staffing
