Your Role as a Key Contributor
The HR Sr. Manager or Director will own the development and administration of all HR programs including recruiting, benefits, compensation, training, employee development, performance reviews, recruiting, retention, HR systems, employee communications, health and safety programs, employee relations and related areas of employee management and administration. In addition, this position oversees office administration including reception coverage, office supplies, kitchen and conference room maintenance and supplies and facility policies.
Types of Ongoing Projects and Responsibilities
- Design / Develop / Maintain NetMotion people programs including compensation, bonus awards, stock options, and training.
- Drive talent acquisition including headcount forecasting and recruiting for all positions. Work with the recruiting coordinator, hiring managers and vendors to find the best hires for the company.
- Design / Develop / Manage vendors for NetMotion benefits programs including medical, dental and vision, insurance, and recruiting.
- Ensure company legal compliance in relation to people policies, administration and programs.
- Sit on Fiduciary Committee for the 401K plan.
- Keep and maintain all records in relation to insurance, 401(k), personnel development and performance data.
- Develop compensation practices. Conduct wage surveys to ensure effective recruitment and retention.
- Provide comprehensive HR generalist services for all employees.
- Handle employee development and organizational development programs.
- Provide support to CEO and Executive team in regards to employee communications.
- Prepare and operate HR budget.
- Manage operational team that provides office, reception, travel, expense, HR and recruiting support.
- Investigates accidents and handles all reporting and paperwork.
- Administers workmans compensation and leave claims.
Qualifications:
In this position you will be successful if you have five (5) or more years of progressive HR experience that includes recruiting, project management, and people management. Additionally you will need:
- A customer-focused HR philosophy.
- An ability to handle and prioritize stakeholder, employee and vendor requests and projects.
- Proven ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion.
- Experience in a best practices medium to large company, and/or experience as part of an HR team responsible for building a successful, high-growth business in a high technology environment.
- Proven ability to take a high level idea, execute on it and drive measurable results.
- A history and reputation of trust, credibility and integrity from prior customer groups.
- Strong communication and practical problem solving skills.
- Bachelors Degree in a related field, or equivalent work/education experience
- PHR/SPHR preferred.
