Description:
Plateau is seeking a Contract Recruiter to source and screen qualified technical and functional candidates for employment in the United States, Europe and Australia. The Recruiter will report to The HR and Recruiting Manager and operate in the complete recruiting life-cycle, from creating job descriptions through assisting with the employee hiring and on-boarding processes. The position is based in Plateaus headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. The Recruiter will support internal hiring Managers (as assigned) by providing superior customer service and guidance on the recruiting best practices.
Job Duties include:
o Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
o Source qualified candidates from search engines
o Organize recruiting reports and maintain applicant data
o Develop and coordinate internal and external job postings
o Prepare and maintain employment records
o Screen and refer applicants via telephone an in-person to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
o Review and write job descriptions to meet ADA and general compliance guidelines
o Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations
o Communicate internally with hiring Managers regarding recruiting statuses and processes
o Indicate selection and non-selection outcomes to candidates
o Offer salary suggestions based on internal equity with the position and conducting a full analysis of the candidate to the job qualifications

Required Qualifications:
o Bachelors degree required
o 3 years of overall recruiting experience and at least 1 year of experience sourcing and screening technical candidates, preferably corporate sourcing from an enterprise consulting software company (Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft) or a Big 5 consulting company
o Experience working with hiring managers to establish job requirements and assist with writing and posting positions (to meet state and country compliance guidelines)
o Experience screening technical candidates and functional Project Managers and Business Analysts over the phone, via e-mail, and in-person
o Experience providing marketing as well as accurate benefits information to prospective Plateau partners and candidates (in-person and over the phone)
o Experience creating and analyzing HR reports
o Familiarity with HR standard operating procedures and government compliance with regards to recruiting and retention processes
o Experience working in fast pace environment to efficiently identify qualified candidates for hire.
