HRA Reporting Analyst Extend Health

Collect, coordinate and present HRA activity and reporting data in consistent, polished, and professional reports.
Handle custom client data, client specific reports, and invoices.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop and prepare standard internal and external reports.
Review presentations and communications for data and presentation accuracy.
Provide training on the use and presentation of reports and data.
Provide weekly performance reports highlighting areas that are not meeting service level standards.
May be asked to travel and provide training, monitor performance, and build positive working relationships with service centers.
Provide a consistent and professional experience as a subject matter expert in HRA administration.
Participate in customer service escalations as a subject matter expert.
Address escalated customer service issues quickly with positive outcomes.
Work at building positive working relationships between multiple service centers and internal departments.
Review customer service escalations and report identified training opportunities to appropriate stake holders.
Provide reports to stakeholders with information relevant to their function.
College experience in a relevant area or relevant practical experience working
Ability to use multiple functions of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to process and organize reports and data.
Ability to proofread for typos, spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
Ability to provide training individually and in groups.
Ability to travel 2-3 days at a time 1-2 times a year.
Ability to understand internal process and workflow.
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to others and understand their requests.
Background in benefit administration or third party operations, with PHR preferred.
