As a HRIS Database Analyst you will be responsible for various projects requiring the exporting of data within our system. You will work closely with business units to assist in the generation reports, data extraction and various data management projects.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Project planning and administration, determining business requirements, developing systems specifications, and developing and executing test plans and scripts
Execution of data extraction and conversion in coordination with new account
implementation into our HRIS database
Creation of custom expressions and calculations for client
Set up, modification and maintenance of set-up tables, running reports, and
insuring accuracy and data integrity
Creation of general ledger setup and custom reports
Development and modification of existing HRIS processes and programs
Conducting audits of uploaded employee information to verify accuracy
Completing special projects as required in support of company activities
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
1-3 years of experience within HRIS/HRMS, help desk, data maintenance or implementation position.
Knowledge of SQL a must
Knowledge of reporting tools such as COGNOS a plus
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel and Access.
Possess the ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Highly detail oriented, results orientated, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Ability to problem solve using sound judgment.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong organizational, time/project management, quality control and prioritization skills.
Relocation is not available for this position.
