ServiceSource International has an outstanding new opportunity for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a fun and highly skilled team in the support of Workday, SuccessFactors & other core HR Systems. The role requires candidates to be 80% functional & 20% technical. Ideally the successful candidate will have solid experience supporting HR systems within an HR organization while liaising with technical teams such as IT.
In this role the successful candidate will:
Manage and take lead on projects working with HR SMEs and Business Applications team in developing and implementing new functionality in HR systems including analysis of client needs, configuration, testing and training
Design and build corporate level dashboards and metrics
Develop and recommend alternatives for improving business processes with a focus on reducing manual work and improving overall data quality
Support 3rd party performance and compensation system, including functionality updates and data management
Create, run and maintain custom reports in Workday related to recruiting, benefits, and compensation, both scheduled and ad hoc
Work with technical teams to troubleshoot functional Workday configuration and reporting issues to identify and fix root causes
Create, upload and audit mass updates to Workday data (EIBs)
Review and analyze Workday releases for impacts to existing processes. Involvement in testing for each new release.
Provide support for all audit (SOX) requirements
A BS in Human Resources or related discipline is preferred
A minimum of 3+ years experience in professional level support of HR Operations function
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems, strong in Excel and experience with Workday HCM and SuccessFactors preferred
Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, good customer service skills, ability to work independently in a fast paced ever changing environment
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Good understanding of government regulations and compliance including SOX as they apply to HR programs, company policies and operations
Takes ownership of issues and uses initiative and know-how to resolve process and data issues
