HRIS Analyst Ruckus Wireless
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The essential duties of this position include but are not limited to:
Manages day-to-day administration of all HR systems (HRIS, ATS, SharePoint, etc)
Plans and executes HR systems upgrades and implementation projects
Review, analyze, evaluate, and document user requirements
Configure and develop workflow rules
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports utilizing reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing organization needs
Ensure solution designs are in line with security and scalability best practices
Ensure data integrity across all HR systems and integrations
Assist with integration of third-party vendors
Provide training and development of users throughout the organization
Perform other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
Minimum of two years of HRIS experience preferably with Work Day.
Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel
Must be able to effectively collaborate with IT
Knowledge of business process design/redesign practices.
Solid verbal and written communications skills.
Bachelor?s Degree in a related field
