We are seeking a passionate, creative, analytical and highly organized professional to manage our U.S. HRIS/Benefits function for Liquidnet. This position will integrate strategic business goals, total compensation philosophy and corporate values into the planning, development, implementation, and management of Liquidnet?s U.S. health and wellness programs. In addition, this position will own responsibility for all aspects of the Company?s suite of talent resources information systems, including maintenance, functionality enhancements, reporting and training.
The right person will partner with a global team of eight and be involved in various aspects of talent management and engagement. The role reports to our Global Head of Compensation and Benefits.
Manages benefits program including day-to-day administration, open enrollment, benefits education, intranet benefits website, compliance, claims resolution, change reporting, invoicing and budget management.
Evaluates and prepares recommendations for new benefit plans and/or modifications to existing plans.
Oversees planning and conducts new hire benefit orientations
Audits benefit plans for compliance with government regulations.
Maintains the 401(k) program and its administration.
Proactively address and respond to employees? benefits questions
Coordinate and organize wellness events/benefit communications
Oversee LOA's, FMLA and disability/ADA situations.
Responsible for the U.S. and Canadian payroll process (ADP).
Responsible for the maintenance of Workday (our HRIS) and other related systems
Administer the implementation of special programming and system upgrades.
Coordinates, validates and processes all Personnel Changes
Prepares special management reports including: employment statistics, turnover, wages, headcount, etc.
Support broader GTE projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years design, development, and management of benefit programs
Expert knowledge (guru) of U.S. benefits principles, legislation and practices
3+ year?s experience with HRIS systems (Workday a plus)
CBP, CEBS, PHR, or other certifications a plus
Must be extremely customer focused and enjoy interacting with people
Detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
Strong financial, analytical and auditing skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
