HRIS Reporting Analyst

This key role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the HR systems at Infoblox, as well as supporting the interfaces from the HRIS to all other HR systems and downstream systems within or outside the company. This role is also responsible for the integrity of all HR data and HR management reports including, headcount, new hire, turnover, government reports and numerous types of ad hoc reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in a project management or team member capacity for on all HR systems related projects.
- Analyze data, develop and generate routine and adhoc reports
- Coordinates download activities to ensure complete and accurate data.
- Streamline processes that enhance operational efficiencies of HR systems' user groups. Automate processes where possible.
- Maintain application security and conduct quarterly access control review
- Act as liaison with the information systems department to resolve programming and system problems.
- Maintains the integrity of the employee information within the systems by performing regular system audits, working closely with HR and end-user teams.
- Provides functional expertise for system issues and resolution with functional end users.
- Responsible for HR section of company intranet (bloxnet)
- Monitor content,
- Partnering with web manager
- Manage recruiting metrics reporting
- Support recruitment efforts for corporate positions
- Research job postings â€" user groups, job boards, etc
- Applicant Tracking
- Assist with SOX and Audit projects.
- Participate in company initiatives and work on special projects as assigned.
- 4+ years progressively responsible experience in Human Resources; preferably in a technology environment
- Knowledge of the current HRIS (HR Perspective and ADP Payroll)
- Knowledge of current technologies & trends and the ability to understand new technologies within a limited period of time.
- Ability to be creative and innovative in the development of technologies and solutions to specific issues.
- Strong knowledge of HR-based policies and practices, as well as, knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Must have demonstrated analytical skills.
- Experience with Oracle and/or Equity Edge a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship and team building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business acumen with a drive to understand the business and create HR programs to support it
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Process improvement orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
