Snap One is looking for a senior level HTML5 developer (FULL TIME or CONTRACT) in our Princeton, NJ office. Because we are a start-up/growth company, there are many opportunities to learn and use the most cutting edge technology available to developers.Reporting to the Tech Lead in Engineering, the Senior HTML5 Engineer is crucial to developing mobile applications that integrate our new UGC-Media cloud service. The ideal candidate is expected to specialize in specific areas, bring new and innovative thinking to the team and can multitask on several projects at once. The candidate must be able to scrutinize code-level specifics while maintaining a high level perspective on the solution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop the UI in HTML5/CSS3/Javascript
Code for Front-End applications that communicate and display data from a variety of systems
Maintain the front-end and troubleshoot
Work closely with and incorporate feedback from product managers, designers and other engineers
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
10+ years of experience in software engineering
Strong in OOA and OOD
Experience with HTML5, CSS, Javscript development with apps on the App Store
Experience with JQuery, Sencha, Ajax, WebKits
Some C++, Java development experience a plus
A passion to learn new technologies and use new APIs
