hnologies built on HTML5, Javascript & CSS3? SlideShare is moving to HTML5 and we just ported our core document technology from Flash to HTML5 for file conversion, rendering & media playback. This is a big continuing project (details here) that will consume significant engineering resources in future. We are looking for developers with excellent coding skills with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3. You should have exposure to HTML5 native features - canvas, SVG animations, video tag, audio tag, local caching, websockets, HTML5 graphics & animation capabilities. Familiarity with iOS & Android APIs, and libraries like jQuery Mobile is an advantage. The server side technology stack you'll work on is Ruby on Rails, MYSQL, Linux.Desired Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, 3+ yrs experience in a web company.
