We are looking for a Human Resource Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. As a member of the HR team, you will be responsible for greeting visitors in the reception area and projecting a professional first impression. You will provide basic administrative support in the areas of HR and general business operations. This is an entry level position, ideal for a recent college graduate looking to get their foot in the door with a rapidly growing company.
Create and maintain a clean, organized, professional and friendly first impression and front desk reception area.
Greet visitors, handle queries, maintain visitor logs, and track parking validations. Communicate with external vendors regarding office services.
Assist with a variety of clerical duties and general office support either as a regularly scheduled and assigned activity or on a project basis.
Maintain, organize and restock common areas such as break room, copy room, conference rooms with supplies and equipment. May occasionally order inventory.
Input data, photocopy, scan, print, fax, and file various HR documents.
Receive and process incoming mail, packages, and faxes.
Assist leadership with special projects.
Organize and set up internal meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree a plus.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel, and the Internet.
Some experience in a corporate office environment.
Experience operating fax machines, scanners, and copiers.
