MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct 100% quality check of all new hire records within eOPF to ensure documents and forms transmitted correctly
Review and audit OPF/eOPFs for accuracy and completeness
Inventory agencies records collections
Purge unnecessary documentation
Closeout and transmit records to archive (National Archives Federal Records Center) per SOP
Transfer records to new Federal agency as required
Perform quality checks of scanned eOPF records to ensure records are complete, accurate and up-to-date
Scan documents for new hires and existing employees per SOPs
Request OPF/eOPFs of new employees with prior federal service
Transmit new hire documents to eOPF via Onboarding Manager
Monitor eOPF transmission status for forms/documents within Onboarding Manager
Purge records from Onboarding Manager after the eOPF quality check is complete
Manage incoming documents from various sources (e.g., SF-1150).
Conduct audits on the agency systems of records and OPFs/eOPFs.
Analyze and accurately resolve scanning discrepancies in eOPFs that are reported from HR Staff.
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year experience that includes auditing and maintaining OPFs in a federal environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
