MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain OPFs in accordance with regulatory requirements; forward OPFs to National Records Center as needed.
Conduct audits of OPFs/eOPFs and ensure records are complete, readable, updated and accurate.
Convert paper documents to electronic format using scanning equipment
Retrieve, maintain and index electronic documents as needed.
Perform other human resources related support duties as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year's experience providing support in a federal human resources environment.
Experience must include auditing and maintaining OPFs in a federal environment.
Must be a US Citizen.
