MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide processing support using an automated system
Build, update, and correct positions and process personnel and payroll actions
Review personnel history and profiles to identify errors in FLSA and BUS codes
Update position profiles and change position histories,
Review and correct complex personnel and payroll errors, and
Review incentive and special pay actions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Support records management activities.
Ensure compliance with OPM's Guide to Processing Personnel Actions.
Provide excellent customer service to staff, employees, managers, and supervisors
Must have High School diploma or equivalent and 1 to 2 years' experience
Must have experience using CapHR, a PeopleSoft application, to process personnel and payroll actions and the guidance provided by OPM's Guide to Processing Personnel actions
Must be a U.S. Citizen
