MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts audits of OPF's ensuring contents are complete and determines need for action such as corrections, updates to SCD dates, etc.
Organizes and maintains, OPF's, eOPFs and employee leave and payroll files in accordance with OPM, Guide to Personnel Record Keeping
Performs bi- weekly printing and coordination of the review and distribution of SF50's Nonfictions of Personnel Actions
Provides retrieval assistance to designated user of the OPF's, eOPFs and payroll files
Arranges for appropriate disposition of OPF's, eOPFs and payroll files upon an employee's separation, retirement or transfer
Retrieves information from the NFC payroll/personnel system.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years' experience
Must have experience with the conversion of OPF to eOPFs
Experience with OPF Audits, NFC, and OPM Guide to Processing Personnel Actions
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Relocation assistance is not provided
Experience with determining appropriate Nature of Action Codes, LegalAuthorities and Remarks for Personnel Actions
