Human Resource Coordinator
Ellie Mae is looking for exceptional Human Resources Coordinator for our Pleasanton headquarters. The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide administrative support for the Human Resources Department.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
HRIS and Recordkeeping
Maintain accurate HRIS (ADP)
Create and maintain employee personnel files and other HR related records.
Administer and maintain LMS and Performance Management systems.
Creates and runs monthly various HR reports.
Create and maintain recruiting documents
Schedule all candidates interviews, across multiple time zones
Coordinate candidate and interview travel, itineraries, and onboarding schedules
Process and administer pre/post hire paperwork
Update applicant tracking system
Assist with onboarding of new hires, coordinate monthly new hire orientation and create new hire packets
Respond to employee verification requests
Assists in maintaining HR section of Company Intranet
Paycheck/paycheck stub distributions.
Assist with planning corporate events.
Assist with ad-hoc projects as required
Experience & Qualifications:
3+ years of general administration experience in the Human Resources area
Advanced skills in MS office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
HRIS experience required. Experience with ADP/HRB preferred.
Experience with SuccessFactors and Taleo ATS is a plus
Experience with SharePoint and WordPress a plus
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
