Partner with management, employees and regional HR teams to develop, promote and implement strategic HR goals, policies and programs which are aligned with company strategy and global growth initiatives
Act as trusted advisor across and to all levels of the organization and champion of Steelwedge?s positive, high-performing culture
Evolve, manage and administer Steelwedge?s talent management and total rewards programs, attracting and retaining top talent, overseeing the recruiting and performance evaluation processes, and driving organizational learning, including employee on boarding, development and training programs
Manage and administer employee benefits programs, policies and procedures and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues
Ensure Steelwedge remains compliant with all Federal, State and local employment laws and regulations, both domestically and abroad
Specific Skills/Requirements include:
BA/BS degree with minimum 7 years generalist background in a growing, global organization; experience in start-up or early-stage software-as-a-service/cloud/technology/software company highly desirable
Superior written and verbal communications skills; excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong business and HR acumen, entrepreneurial attitude; proactive, self-starter nature who thrives on change; proven success at both the strategic and tactical levels
Ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization to achieve results
Analytical, metrics-driven orientation with a high degree of comfort with HR systems and technologies
Broad-based generalist HR experience including benefits and compensation, recruiting and staffing, employee relations and development, training and performance management with the ability to excel at both the strategic and detailed operational levels
Well versed in current employment laws and regulations
Extremely organized, superior time and project management skills, and ability to successfully juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
