This non-traditional operations focused HR role involves working with the VP to manage and grow an exceptional corporate culture in a late stage technology start up. Solid experience in recruiting and sourcing, hiring, onboarding, with exposure to managing benefits and compensation. Learning and growing constantly as an HR professional and implementing best practices around all thes related HR functions as well as within the operations of the company.
3-5 years experience in Human Resources either as a generalist, a recruiter or a benefits administrator
Experience in a software startup would be helpful
Solid Excel skills
General inquisitiveness/aptitude for technological applications as they relate to HR
Deep recruiting technology knowlege of all the current recruiting applications and techniques (knows Boolean searching)
Database / HCM technology (ie.Peoplesoft)
Recruiting (LInkedIn, Talent Agregator, Boolean Searching, Facebook, Twitter), Hiring (Resumator), Credentials (Peopesoft), Performance, OnBoarding, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Records, Reporting
Data analytics related to employment for Compensation, Benefits, Employee Records, Reporting.
Experience building a digital Corporate presence with a community focus - Facebook, LinkedIn, Glassdoor.
Strong sense of initiative - see things and do them, see things that could be better and improve them.
