MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Post vacancy announcements to internal and external sources.
Perform eligibility and qualification determinations for applications received for both excepted service and competitive service positions.
Notify applicants of their status.
Respond to technical questions regarding the recruitment process.
Make tentative and final job offers.
Coordinate pre-employment activities for selected candidate.
Close out case files.
Complete the SF-52, Request for Personnel Action, for a variety of official personnel actions such as accessions, position and pay changes, details and separations.
Support the organization of files in preparation to transition to another location
Bachelor's Degree+3 years' experience, or 6 years' experience without bachelors
Must have experience in Federal OPM staffing and merit promotion rules and regulations (USA Staffing helpful)
Must possess expertise on the federal regulations related to processing the full range of personnel actions and related documents
Must have passed an OPM clearance in the last two years and have an active clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
