Human Resources Administrator Liaison Technologies

Liaison is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support our global team. This position will partner with the Director of HR to provide human resources support and counsel in the planning, development, implementation and administration of various HR functions including employment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, legal/compliance and reporting/metrics.

Responsibilities
This position is primarily responsible for providing general and administrative support and recommending change when necessary across payroll, benefits, policy, legal and other functions in the US.
Responsible for semi monthly payroll and all payroll related functions across the US, including but not limited to semi monthly processing, quarterly and annual state filings, new state adds, and W2 reporting
Responsible for all health, welfare and retirement plans including enrollment, terminations, annual audits, compliance and general administration including, but not limited to: medical, dental, 401K, vision, flexible spending (Section 125) plans, STD/LTD, FMLA, and WC
Responsible for all employee data and record keeping including headcount tracking, new hires, changes and terminated employees
Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual
Respond to employee inquiries about payroll, benefits, HR processes, programs and policies including Company Handbook, EEO-1 annual report, and Immigration
Coordinate, administer and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures for a variety of HR programs and processes including but not limited to: employee on boarding, administration of performance review system, administration of project and time off tracking systems
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment including preparing government reports related to EEO compliance
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Partner with Director of HR on employee programs
Requirements
3+ years experience in HR administrative or generalist roles, specifically in a fast paced software, IT or consulting company
Strong experience in payroll, benefits administration, vendor management, and recommending change when necessary
Knowledgeable in State and Federal Payroll laws and processes and Leave of Absence laws and processes ? Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Considerable knowledge in principles and practices of personnel administration
Experience with H-1B visa candidates and immigration related matters
Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills in order to work effectively and relate well with others Including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company
Can be depended on to report to work at the scheduled time and to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner
Strong to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel skills
Must be organized, detail oriented, resourceful and able to manage multiple responsibilities using good judgment to prioritize workload appropriately
Must be eager to take on new challenges and learn while on the job
