We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in human resources and recruiting who wants to take his/her career to the next level. If you are an optimist by nature, uber driven, and ready to make a difference this could be the job for you. This position reports to our VP of Finance and supports all Bulldog employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute key responsibilities within the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, employee relations, benefits and analytics.
Manage all facets of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, job postings, screening, interviewing, background checks, offer negotiations, and offer letters.
With direction from our VP of Finance, develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, processes, and metrics that improve our candidate pools, increase efficiencies, and reduce time to hire.
Partner with the VP of Finance and other senior managers on HR-related projects and key deliverables.
Continually develop new, best-in-class HR-related strategies and solutions that enhance employee retention, development, and business as a whole
Continually serve as the HR contact for prospective candidates, employees, payroll, benefits, and vendors.
Partner with accounting on all employee payroll, enrollment and benefit administration.
Responsible for the employee handbook development, implementation and explanation.
Overall maintenance of employee files and data. This includes all new employee paper work, all review documentation, written feedback emergency information and termination/separation paper work.

2-5 years of experience in HR and recruiting.
Bachelor?s degree preferred
