Human Resources Coordinator Peak 10

The Human Resource Coordinator (HRC) will be responsible for the day to day administration of Human Resources needs for Peak 10 employees and general support of HR strategic initiatives.. The HRC carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: HRIS administration, benefit administration, performance management, employee development, compensation planning, event coordination, and recruitment.
? Drive and support a culture of wellness throughout Peak 10 by providing leadership to the market wellness representatives, publishing monthly wellness newsletters, organizing lunch and learns, manage group fitness offering (CLT location), and organizing on site health screenings.
? Drive and support community outreach activities throughout Peak 10 by providing leadership to the market charity squad representatives, organizing community outreach events, and providing reporting on all activities company-wide.
? Maintain accurate records on HRIS which includes compensation and benefits information, performance management and employee personal information
? Pre-Employment responsibilities will include posting open positions, pre-employment background checks and maintaining the Employee Integration System
? Assist with the planning and execution of New Hire Orientation, Benefit Orientation, and employee onboarding and termination activities
? Coordinate benefit enrollments and terminations
? Assist with activities focused on being compliant with federal and state employment law
? Research and recommend new ideas for continual improvement of policies and procedures
? Coordination of employee events
? Keep Employee Handbook, human resources policy, and benefits information up to date
? Coordinate appraisal administration, job posting, and salary review process
? Maintain employee contact lists and organizational chart
? Create monthly HR metrics reports as well as special reports for the Peak 10 leadership team
? Assist in ensuring SAS 70 compliance
? Provide timely responses (within 24-48 hours) to general verbal or written HR inquiries
? Assist with research and other special projects
? The ability to uphold confidentiality at all times
? Minimum of 2 years experience in the Human Resources field or other applicable field preferred
? Must be able to communicate and relate effectively and professionally with people at all organization levels
? Sound presentation skills
? Strong customer service skills
? Strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and organize workload
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
? Microsoft Office, Outlook, intranet/internet proficiency
? Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
