THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Human Resources Coordinator adheres to Company Policy and Procedures, acts as a role model within and outside the Company, and performs duties as workload necessitates. The HR Coordinator works closely with all members of the Human Resources team to achieve department?s goals. Maintains a positive and respectful attitude, communicates regularly with supervisor about Department issues, and demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload. The HR Coordinator consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position and meets Department productivity standards.

Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Verifies I-9 documentation
Assists with onboarding process, including processing of hew hire and benefit documents
Maintains 401k log for new enrollees and auto-enrollment reminders
Tracks and maintain multiple benefit enrollment plans
Reconciles the benefits statements and processes invoices
Assists with processing of terminations.
Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.
Assists with full cycle recruiting process.
Schedules meetings and interviews
Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
Assists with various research projects and/or special projects.
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate a good understanding of company products, ability to be organized, detailed, process and goal oriented, a self-starter and able to work independently, but also working as a team is essential.
