This is an excellent opportunity to gain HR generalist experience with a global, boutique consulting firm. This role will focus on providing strong support around onboarding, performance management, training, employee relations, payroll and benefits. This position is located in our New York Office and reports to the Vice President of Human Resources. Responsibilities for the role include:
Own the administrative process around new hire onboarding and terminations
Assist the VP of HR in the performance management cycle across 4 companies
Take a lead role in the administration of the annual benefit renewal process and is the go-to resource for any employee benefit questions
Support our internal development platform focused on enhancing the skill development of our Consultants and may include rolling out Corporate training initiatives, High Potential programming, rotational assignments, and so forth
Employee relations exposure
1 year of prior Human Resources experience required
Experience working at a top tier management consulting firm or financial services firm preferred
Strong communication, initiative and organizational skills required
Microsoft Office: PowerPoint & Excel skills required
BA Degree required
