The Caradigm HR team is looking for a creative and organized person to support the HR organization. A successful candidate will have strong process orientation, prioritization skills, and be self-driven.
Essential Resposibilities:
? Data management ? Accurate data entry into various systems and applications
? Auditing, analyzing and troubleshooting data for reporting purposes
? Employee survey data collection and analysis
? Training administration ? tracking attendance, coordinating logistics with admin, preparing training invites etc.
? Planning, organizing and coordinating recruiting events and activities
? Interview scheduling
? Formatting, editing and proof reading presentations for in house training content
? Training administration
? Managing HR process for exit interviews and termination of employment
? Help with coordinating information flow for employee onboarding ? collecting IT requirements from managers, personal address etc.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Very strong verbal and written communication skills
? MS Office and HRIS or Payroll applications preferred
? Strong attention to detail
? Willingness to dig into, and create new tools and processes
? Familiarity with PowerPoint - Formatting, editing and proof reading presentations for in house training content
? Candidates should have a BA or BS degree, and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
