Human Resources Director Guardian Analytics
We are looking for an HR Director to be a part of a fast growing, venture-backed company. Reporting to the CFO, this new position will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources. This role requires experience and strength in the strategic and design aspects of HR. Additionally, the role requires a willingness and ability to take a "hands-on" approach to the tactical HR functions required in a mature start up environment.
Understand and respond to the business and HR needs of the Company
Review, design and manage the company wide compensation structure and annual review program. Monitor the market for trends in compensation.
Oversee employee benefit responsibilities. Negotiate with suppliers, brokers and insurance providers to secure the appropriate benefits at the right cost. Regularly evaluate benefit programs and recommend improvements.
Design, plan, and implement HR programs and policies for compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health & safety.
Consult and support managers and employees in various day-to-day HR issues and requirements
Provide advice/coaching assistance and follow-up on Company policies, procedures, and practices governing employees
Responsible for developing relationships with functional department heads, their management teams, and employees
Design and manage the on-boarding and orientation of new hires, beginning with the Offer Letter generation
Manage and initiate visa applications with current and future hires, and transfers within the company
10+ years of Human Resources experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a growing technology company
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field
Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures and knowledge of state and federal laws/regulations
Hands-on experience in a number of related areas including benefits, employee relations, HR policy and compliance
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills
Strong relationship building skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to work autonomously at a fast pace; takes initiative and results-focused
