Requires hands on, full-function, human resource experience. Thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations. Proven ability to implement HR best practices. Expertise in I-9 administration and E-verify. Provide administrative assistance with measurement tools, tracking and spreadsheets.
Will support employee relations and engagement, on-boarding, training and development, employee activities. Will conduct exit interviews, provide feedback to management; analyzes turnover trends; ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Will assist with employee disciplinary actions, termination events, complaints and investigations. Responsible for administering transfers. Must maintain the highest accuracy and integrity of employee information and files. Will be responsible for the input and processing of bi-weekly payroll.
Min 5 yrs experience
Experience in the development and maintenance of job descriptions.
Must have an excellent work ethic; excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills.
Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality in all situations.
SAP experience strongly preferred.
Payroll entry and processing experience required.
