THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The HR Generalist will create and implement programs and processes that optimize people, strategy, structure, our Mission, Vision and Values, and to facilitate the liaison/delivery of HR services. The successful candidate will be involved in many aspects of the HR function, including: employee engagement, staffing and recruitment, employee relations, benefits, total rewards/compensation, HRIS, as well as general site office management responsibilities.
The position requires a person with demonstrated experience and success in creating and rolling out HR programs that support business objectives. The candidate must be able to apply their broad HR knowledge by identifying key issues and new strategies relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision. The Generalist will use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with the business to meet mutual goals and objectives. Must have the ability to work and communicate with all levels of employees in the organization.
The successful candidate will also be a champion of change efforts and bring knowledge of transition management techniques and innovative solutions.
Relevant Experience/Education and additional requirements:
3+ years of progressive HR generalist/business partner experience;
Undergraduate degree in human resources or equivalent experience
Excellent attention to detail
High level of proficiency with Excel
Ability to prioritize based on multiple deliverables
Ability to work independently and in a team
Ability to travel up to 10%
