Duties:
Coordinates the on-boarding process for the E. Greenbush New York call center.
Collaborates with hiring managers and the recruitment team in managing pre-employment testing and test administration to optimize the environment, process and validity of outcomes.
Ensures an appropriate and consistent level of customer service is delivered across assigned areas.
Reviews and ensures personnel and financial actions are processed accurately and timely in ADP respectively.
Manages Human Resources activities in regards to: recruiting and selection, hiring and termination, training, professional development, mentoring, counseling, performance evaluations and salary-planning.
Works with hiring departments to assess recruiting needs, develop candidate profiles, develop recruiting strategies, and initiate recruiting efforts.
Works with hiring managers to review candidate qualifications and coordinate with hiring manager to determine offer amount
Compiles data and prepares various reports.
Participates in job fairs and other recruiting activities as needed.
Provides advice, counsel, and recommendations to managers and employees regarding employee relations issues, discuss appropriate actions and alternatives.
Reviews local human resource policies to ensure compliance with state laws, federal regulations, etc. and revises policies to maintain compliance as necessary.
Reviews and approves personnel actions related to formal disciplinary procedures: ensures compliance with policy and federal and state laws.
Assists managers in determining appropriate course of action. Facilitate all pre-disciplinary meetings between employee and manager; serve as a resource to both the employee and manager.
Conducts HR investigations as directed by the HR Manager.
Develops and delivers training sessions on various human resources policies and procedures to supervisors and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of management, supervisory, leadership methods and principles.
Knowledge of organization, operating procedures, and policies of the human resource department.
Knowledge of modern office procedures and processes.
Relevant computer software and hardware applications knowledge.
Ability to manage employee coaching, counseling, training.
Ability to speak, write and read the English language (Bilingual is a plus).
Able to motivate individuals in achieving goals and objectives.
Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.
Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations.
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources field from an accredited institution or 2 years of general human resource experience
New York UE and WC experience

Ability to sit for up to 8 hours
Ability to view PC screen for up to 8 hours
Ability to enter data, file personnel paperwork and maintain confidentiality
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
