The Human Resources Coordinator will be devoted to performing data entry functions into all HR related data bases, verifying and maintaining efficient filing (electronic and paper), and research, analyze and coordinate new hire documents for all employees.

Coordinates candidate interview scheduling and job postings
Prepares offer of employment letter and process onboarding events for New Hires
Process termination paperwork for exiting employees
Complete data entry for change of status information on current employees
Maintains one hundred percent accuracy of all employee records
Demonstrate flexibility in multi-tasking from email to phone inquiries
Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings as necessary to represent the Human Resource department
Operate and utilize office equipment and software to prepare and maintain HR documents and information
Perform a variety of clerical and administrative functions, audits for Human Resources to include, but not limited to: Handling confidential and time sensitive material, and processing document requests
Complete all filing, photocopying, faxing for the HR department
Assists with first level benefit, leave inquiries, and workers compensation
Assists in new hire orientation
Enter new hire information into the human resource databases
2-3 years? experience as an HR Coordinator or recruiting assistant in a high volume environment;
Experience with HRIS and/or Payroll systems (ADP, UltiPro, Peoplesoft, etc.)
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS office products
