SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Echogen Power Systems, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a HR intern. This position will provide the incumbent a strong understanding of the HR functions and day to day responsibilities in HR Generalist work. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Candidate sourcing & initial screening
New Hire on-boarding
Training session administration (topics may include Employee Goal Setting; Interviewing Training)
Metrics tracking & data reporting
Various benchmarking and research projects
Opportunity to shadow senior HR professional in day-to-day work
