Human Resources Intern Cvent

We are looking for a full-time college student to support our growing Human Resources team. This is a paid internship and the rate is $8.00 per hour. We will complete any required documentation or paperwork to earn internship credit for school. We ask that candidates would be able to work about 25-30 hours per week.

Position Duties:

• Support HR staff with recruiting efforts including interview scheduling and coordination
• Help to prepare marketing materials for Cvent's on-campus recruiting drives
• Enter recruiting data into our HR database
• Correspond with job candidates via phone and email
• Photocopy, scan, and print various documents
• File and archive paperwork
• Perform other office duties as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Full time student with flexible class schedule
• The ideal candidate will be able to work full-time of 40 hours per week during the summer and continue through the school year at 25 to 30 hours per week
• Long term career interest in HR is preferred
• Capable of using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ablity to drive or commute to office
• Prior office experience preferred (but not required)
